An intensive coaching and co-development program for ethnoculturally diverse entrepreneurs who own a retail business or a restaurant based in Montreal.
Led by three experienced entrepreneurs/trainers, this 40-hour intensive coaching program is aimed at helping you readjust your strategies and build the “pivot” plan for your activity.
Implemented with the collaboration of AGORAlliance, the incubator for entrepreneurs who come from other countries, and funded by the Ville de Montréal.
Have your customers’ needs evolved? Are you having trouble generating loyalty among existing customers or winning over new ones?
How do you detect new needs? How do you analyze them? How can you adapt your offer to respond to them?
How do you re-evaluate your cost structure, adapt your economic model, and find new levers for growth?
How do you optimize your financial resources and find external funding sources that can be mobilized to fit your situation?
When you join one of the entrepreneur cohorts, you will be guided step by step through a 100% remote system, and you’ll benefit from the contributions of your peers in constructing a “pivot” plan that is both ambitious and realistic.
You’ll be surprised at how quickly concrete and applicable solutions emerge through the emulation of collective intelligence orchestrated by our leader partners.
The course will be complemented by the offers available in the Programme Avantages EICI, an initiative that aims to gather a group of experts from different business fields who offer, free of charge, workshop hours and personalized follow-up in step with the needs you encounter in your entrepreneurial career.
So, at the end of the process, you will have designed the “pivot” plan for your activity and you’ll have the methodological tools you need to deploy that plan effectively.
UYou’ll receive a certificate in business agility at the end of the course. This certification will be proof of your attendance through the entire program and a guarantee of your skill in making your activities flexible to face the challenges in your environment.
