Perspectives aims to highlight and celebrate ethnocultural diversity entrepreneurs in various regions of Quebec. We strongly believe that diversity is a source of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial success.

This program provides a platform to showcase the inspiring journeys and successful organizations that reflect this diversity.

The contest is open to all ethnocultural diversity entrepreneurs residing in different regions of Quebec. We are looking for visionary, innovative and committed entrepreneurs who have successfully overcome obstacles and created thriving organizations. Participants will have the opportunity to present their entrepreneurial journey, achievements, social impact, and contribution to their community.

A panel of experts, including business professionals, community leaders and representatives from the Perspectives project, will evaluate the applications based on criteria such as innovation, entrepreneurial success, social impact, and relevance to ethnocultural diversity.

Only five selected winners will have the opportunity to have their story and organization showcased through professional video capsules. These videos will be broadcast on various social media platforms, as well as during events and conferences on entrepreneurship and ethnocultural diversity.

Participate now to highlight your unique journey and inspire other ethnocultural diversity entrepreneurs.

Video Capsules

Through the creation of video capsules, Perspectives offers the five winning entrepreneurs the opportunity to share their story, vision, and impact.

The video capsules will be produced by a professional crew and will be widely distributed to inspire other entrepreneurs, promote ethnocultural diversity and encourage inclusion in the business community.

The capsules will follow the theme "Weaving Success: The Entrepreneurial Patchwork of Ethnocultural Diversity in Quebec". This guideline will reveal the richness and diversity of the entrepreneurial fabric in Quebec, highlighting the ethnocultural diversity entrepreneurs who contribute to this unique patchwork.

Student events

The 5 winners of the Perspectives contest will have the opportunity to actively participate in the awareness events "Journées de l'Entrepreneuriat Ethnoculturel".

During these events, you will be invited to share the captivating video portraits highlighting your entrepreneurial journey within the student community. These portraits will be displayed not only in university agoras, but also in those of participating CEGEPs.

Panels will also be scheduled during these presentations, providing you the opportunity to exchange and share your inspiring journey with students. It is a unique chance for them to discover the remarkable stories of each of you and learn from your experiences.

Youth workshops

Conferences and panels, aimed at promoting ethnocultural diversity within youth entrepreneurship and fostering dialogue to reduce barriers, are at the core of our approach.

During these workshops, we will have the opportunity to present the captivating video portraits focused on this specific theme. These portraits will serve as a starting point for engaging discussions with young people, highlighting the inspiring journeys of our 5 winners.

Our goal is to create a space where ethnocultural diversity is celebrated, where ideas flow freely, and where we can work together to overcome barriers on the path to entrepreneurial success.

Originality: We are looking for organizations that evoke admiration and creative proposals that stand out for their innovative character and ability to push boundaries.

We want to discover inspiring stories of ethnocultural diversity entrepreneurs. Your perseverance, determination, and efforts to overcome obstacles are key elements.

Social Contribution:
We will consider the impact your organization has on society or the community, whether through philanthropic actions or community projects.

We will evaluate the potential of the idea to influence the market, address unmet needs and capture the public’s interest. We will take your commercial, financial and social success into account.

We invite you to share your entrepreneurial journeys, highlighting the challenges overcome, the key moments of your success, the lessons learned and the advice you can offer to other entrepreneurs.
